This animation was produced for Terravolt to support the communication and understanding of their biochar production process through pyrolysis.
The goal was to clearly illustrate complex industrial flows — including hot air circulation, pyrolysis gases, exhaust systems, biomass input, and biochar output through screw conveyors — in a visually engaging and accessible way.

Starting from an existing 3D model, I reworked and simplified the geometry to improve readability, then handled the full production pipeline : material setup, particle and flow animation, lighting, rendering, and compositing.
By combining near-realistic rendering with clean visual hierarchies, the animation turns a technical process into a clear, impactful communication tool for presentations, marketing, and educational use.
